Cleaning engine after repairing slow coolant Leak

So I have had the slow leak from the bleeder screw in the coolant system in my engine for quite a while. After finally getting it repaired, i need to clean all the dried coolant off the side of my engine. Any Suggestions? Simple Green Perhaps? Gonna give the whole engine a complete cleaning before Waterfest and I'd really like that to go away.

I put anything but P21S Total auto wash.

    Excellent cleaner.

looks like rugged stuff. Do you just spray down the engine, let it sit, and hose it off?

    yes.

Some people prefer with a cold engine. I get the engine warm, but not hot.

Spray P21S TAW, let is sit for 2-3 mins. If I see some stubborn grease or dirt I'll scrub it with a brush, otherwise just rinse it. Don't forget to apply some dressing after. If you're buying from Phils get the Adams in and out.
