Autospeed/Avalon Intelligent IC Mister Kit with Custom LED Display

    Hey guys,
    I'm selling a Autospeed/Avalon Intelligent IC Mister Kit for a B5 S4.

The kit is designed to reduce heat soak in the ICs and ideally keep the intake air temps down. This kit has a controller that monitors the IC temperature relative to ambient temperature and fuel injector duty cycle to determine just how hard you're running the car. You can set the temperature threshold and an injector duty cycle threshold...when both are exceeded the controller turns on the spray nozzles and hoses down both ICs.

The benefits of this controller are reduced water usage and better control of intercooler temperatures thanks to its "logic". no water is sprayed when on boost if the IC is already cool, spray continues between shifts and, if the "logic" decides you've really been hammering on the car, continuing to spray after you're off the throttle get the IC temperature back in line.

The kit is complete and ready to be installed. (install instructions included) It comes with a custom LI-S4 LED display to show when the nozzles are spraying. These LEDs are incorporated into the LI-S4 concealed V1 display. This is an awesome mod to the original design as it lets you monitor the mister's activity. Here is a pic:

Here is a pic of the ECU mounted in the glove box:

And a pic of the Ambient Temp Sensor mounted on driver side IC:

Here are also a few links to write ups that have been done on this kit:

I'm looking to sell the kit for $300 OBO plus a LI-S4 concealed display to replace mine (since this one with the LEDs will come with this kit).

(Mike-I borrowed some of your pics...hope you don't mind! )
