I like the third one. The lines before the "A" in the first two make me think of BMW's M logo.

I see a little similarity, but M logo has 3 stripes. MB AMG also has similar stripes. I was going for the Audi Sport look, which unfortunately has stripes as well:




Anyway, this was a sort of first draft, so if you guys like it, but would like to tweak something, let me know.

They're both good, but I think you're right about the rings. Go with the simplicity.
