Similar to titaniums at first sight; a close colleague of mine rocks the Ti package and they are quite different:

    Ultra Light-weight
    Contoured
    Gloss finish
... and 2 piece center cap

But at first glance they do look like them....

    I need brembos desperately.

Really!? thanks for the heads up... would you recommend another brand? they are on order and I can change if need be... the reason I went with Eibachs was that this is my winter car also and I didnt want to have too agressive a drop. 1.2's is perfect, anything 1.5 and more begins to worry me...

It was a toss up for me, RF's or ADVANS; I decided to pay a bit more for the finish, exclusivity and weight. RF's were $4K.

If 4700 was just for wheels then I paid about half that much for mine.
The RF62's are not produced anymore and they weigh about 19lbs.

I think they look great but not so sure about the price. Pretty steep for wheels that could easily be mistaken for 19 inch tit pkg wheels

$5000 a week is well over $200k a year. With that much money I'd be driving something a little nicer than an A4 unless I was being conservative with my money, in which case I wouldn't spend $5k on wheels. It's contradictory. Just my opinion anyway, everyone has the right to do what they want with the money they earn, just doesn't mean it's smart imho.

exactly, why spend so much on wheels (if you have the money) and not get more meaningful upgrades? Esp. on wheels that look like the titanium wheels.

So if he already had BT and THEN bought these rims/tires it'd be justified or "ok".

What if they don't want to increase the performance of the car and void their warranty for instance. Or maybe they just want the car to look nicer?

Their car, their choices, even if we think they don't seem right. Now if someone put ricer crap on their car, that deserves everyone to beat on them.

And to add, although the color matches up well with the Titanium wheels, the spokes are significantly slimmer and have wider gaps than the tit. wheels IMO.

nope, not in my opinion. If got a BT I wouldn't spend more than 3k on light weight wheels.

Then I'd at least get wheels that don't look too similar to stock titanium wheels if I was into show and I wouldn't spend more than a weeks worth of pay to do it. But that's just me.

Ok lets not talk about the stupid reply you put in the SoCal forum about that driving accident.

Then talking about how someone spends there money. Do they need your approval first to make sure its smart what they do with their money.

Nice wheels, but not for that sticker.

Are you planning on replacing your stocks with the new springs? If not, your shocks will blow inside of 30k - and thats if you can tolerate the bouncy ride. If you're droppin close to $5k on wheels, don't go cheap on the drop. $0.02.

You can reply to me on that thread if you disagree with anything I say. It's encouraged and expected, but I can't help you if you can't even come up with a valid argument. I'm no saint and I'm not perfect. That has nothing to do with paying $4700 on wheels.

Here it is for everyone to see:
    http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php?t=218769

At least I'm trying to explain my opinion, however wrong it may be.

took the words right out of my mouth. why go all out on wheels and then drop your car with springs?? i think every one on AZ will agree with me when i say putting coils on your car is a waay more important/difference making mod than 5000 wheels. not saying the wheels arent sick just saying that if i had 5k to blow id go with slightly cheaper wheels and get me some stasis co's.

Lol... this post is a Hater magnet. Watch as they come out and play. They just can't resist. The chemicals in their head start mixing in and then fingers start flying and posts hit the board. With the look of satisfaction through self-righteousness, you can see the chemicals begin to subside as they lurk for another chance to pull that trigger and feel good about oneself again.
