Question does anyone have a pic of sway bar links installed?

ok well i inspected my car on a lift today while i was getting my a/c diagnosed.
Which happens to be that my lower hose going to the compressor is leaking and is a $350 part. So all together its gunna cost $800 to fix my a/c...

    anyways...

i noticed that my sway bar end links did not match in how they looked being installed. The part of the endlink where the bushing sticks out a little was on opposite sides of the right and left.(sorry there isnt an easy way to describe this) part of the link was touching up against the lower control arm when the other side wasnt. also when we took out one of the links and inspected it the bushing kinda looked chewed up and fell out of the link easily. These links have only 3k miles on them and got them with the control arm kit off FCP groton. Are the links shit? or were they just installed wrong? i took some pics to help out but i cant find my damn chord to upload pics.

Switch the top bolt around VS what they show. This will allow you to work on your suspension without having to remove the shock next time.

thanks, so there should be no bend to the bushings when they are tightened down. Becuase mine had some bending going on

I had the exact same thing happen to mine. The line was rubbing against the core support and wore a hole in the aluminum tubing. I took mine to the welder next to our machine shop and he tig welded it. Good as new. I'd look into getting it fixed.

ok well here are a few shitty pics of what my sway bar links look like. The bushings arent even and they just look like they are on wrong, maybe the links were just bad parts, not sure. But im beginning to think thats where my little clunking sound(wheel sounds if its loose and gunna fall off when hitting pot holes sound) is coming from.

    right

    left(side that clunks)

*****notice how the bolts go through the nuts on the top of one side and then the bottom of the other, so maybe the link is the wrong way??******

install the link so that the spacer side is mounted to the sway bar.

would it even be worth it to buy new links now since they have been on the wrong way for some time now, does it mess them up? whoever i had install these control arms and links was an idiot becuase they messed up a lot. Maybe im the idiot for paying them.
