Need help please

02 a6 3.0 FWD 60k miles on it.dual climate zone control..well im not sure if its normal or not but when i turn on my heater or a/c the fan kicks on really really loud..like the hum on the fans sounds like fans is or A/c compressor charging pretty hard or something...car is not overheating at all. cold a/c and hot air good...i thought it was normal but more people telling me that its not...any suggestions will greatly appreciated. will try to get a sound sometimes soon.

which fan? the a/c and heating fan insider the car sounds loud or the cooling fans up by the radiator? Is this in hot weather only?

I have a friend with an s6 with the same probleme, gonna try to put a fan control unit in, has anyone seen this problem before?
