I had (2) 12oz. cans of Bud light coupled with trying to plug my charger into my Cell phone. I highly doubt I would've blown over the limit, but of course justification is never a drunks strong suit. I don't ever drive drunk....period. I know I'm not the only one that's driven after having had "a few."

I believe somewhere between realizing i'm headed for the shoulder and correcting my direction, I must've clipped one of those plastic newspaper things.

Did you get caught? 2 12oz, maybe enough for you to blow .08, depending on your weight. If so, I hope you asked for a blood test. That would have bought you enough time to filter out the alcohol.

I didn't go off the road completely. Maybe 6 inches or a tires width. No cops were called or anything. Hell I didn't even stop cause I never heard anything or saw the box (if that's what I hit). I saw it once I got home.

I would agree, most people drive home after going out and having a few beers and its no more distraction then the other 90% of people driving their H2's, talking on the cell phones, putting on makeup, eating, typing, texting or doing other stupid shit... i go to a small bar with a few old friends about once a week, have 2-3 beers and go home... im not drunk and certainly legal to drive.. these DRUNKS you guys are talking about who kill people are people that urinate in front of the cops or have to be carried to the car so are so effed up... thats wrong, stupid and should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, not your average joe having a few beers and heading home...
