    Pass / Driver EGT interchangeable?

    I would assume the only difference is wire length.. if I have a good (old) driver EGT can I put in on my passenger side if it will reach?

    anyone done that before? TIA

    i know that the diff colors, brown box and black box, have different P/N FWIW

    IIRC, the '01 and up have brown and black. The '00 cars have 2 black sensors. If you can get it mounted good enough to satisfy you, then yeah, they're interchangeable.
