    changing to s4 , but 53k miles is it worth it??

    hey guys i currently have a 1.8t and found a good deal on a b6 s4 but the only thing that has me thinking its the high milage on the car 53k
    any common problems with s4's

    Only thing I know of as problematic in these cars so far is gas mileage (given) and alot of people tend to have problems with the valve cover gaskets.

    Also, the gearing is too short for my preferences, majorly 6th, should me much longer for highway use, no reason to be doing 3500rpm @ 80

    yes a 2004 b6 s4 and its not a certified !! its from a dealer but not certified !!

    If not CPO, get a warranty, and a good one. Also check the build date as there is a certain date you don't want, but rather than give you bad info, search. Good luck.

    i personally would not buy a non-cert./high-mileage used audi...

    if low-mileage & within warranty...it's ok...

    I got my 05 DG that had a CPW for 27k. For me, the CPW isn't even the biggest deal, I like the free Audi One care they threw in so I dont have to pay for my inspections :D
