    resonator delete

    has anyone had a resonator delete? if so does it sound better to you?

    i read somewhere on here that the resonator eliminates drone and deleting it will only increase drone, not deepness of sound. still an idea tho. can the resonator be simply pulled out or do u have to cut it off an replace with new pipe?

    For RES. Delete on a turbo.. wont make much of a difference. [Stock]

    RES. DELETE on non-turbo .. sounds loud [Stock]


    Muffler/Tips with RES. Delete will sound clean. [Custom Piping]


    I just got mine done.. Quad Exhaust. with RES. Delete. My car is new.. i'll need to break it in.. then remove my CATB. to get it even louder.

    I have a customized downpipe with creative testpipe and no res. Sounds much louder than w/res. Only neg. thing is that it smells awfully bad. Smells literally like a bus....
