umm.. well depending on money, you could go a full n/a build. drop the engine and rebuild with higher compress pistons, lower the deck height, thinner head gasket, port and polish the heads because from what I hear the 2.8 heads dont flow very well at all. customer headers and exhaust.

if you don't go turbo, s/c, or nitrous dont expect big numbers. or just go get urself a 1.8 or 2.7

I have a wet nitrous kit I'm trying to get rid of if that is the route you are looking to go. It'll do up to a 125 shot. Let me know I'll dump it for dirt cheap and it's brand new!
