Hello everyone, I just got this 02 b6 1.8t quattro 5spd. has plenty of mods for me to start with, possibly gonna go Big turbo on this one after 6 or 7 months, I'm still getting used to the clutch. The mods are in my sig.

feel free to comment and let me know what should i do to it next.

I'm going with clear lights, the car came like that i just got it so, haven't really done anything to it lol. I believe its got the JOEY mod done to it. blacked out from inside.

Those dark headlights will look good on some setups, but in my opinion the stock chrome ones would look so much better just clear corner them. The dark doesnt go with the rest of the car really. I mean, as far as the color being dark, yeah, but then you have white wheels, chrome sidemarkers etc. Gotta get the color scheme looking right or it will just send a confused, negative signal when people look at the car. Besides that, the mods in your sig sound good, the rest of the car looks good. Dark blue is a hard color to work with i.m.o. but I've seen it done right. Might wanna get the lowers painted they should only be like $3-400. Otherwise, everything is lookin good.

I have a thread in this section, the B6 section, a few threads down. Its called "Eurofest 2008 video" Its a vid from a big show a few months back. There's a dark blue B7 in the vid, take a look at that one it looks sick, maybe you'll get some ideas.

lowers are gonna be painted next week on friday lol, the headlights im just gonna rip them out of there, i fukin hate those things on there, i like to keep it clean and simple.


the other mods that were done to the car that made me buy the car, other than that the way he did the car, i don't like it at all.

Next week:
1: painted lowers
2: brushed trim lower and upper in front.
3: clear cornered regular headlights and 4300k Hid kit and yellow fogs.

skip paint the lowers. wait and buy new bumpers. you can paint the sides though.
I say do the big turbo right now.
why not either get dark side markers or smoke that to match the car?

^ From the looks of your sig you have the USP (ultrasport) package. So no, your car had painted lowers from the factory.

Yay Ming Blue! I agree about the headlights, the paint job does not look to great, they look kind of hazy, I put a picture below of my headlights with the CC mod and I have Ming Blue as well. I want to black out my grilles like your I think, although it looks like you are missing the lower grille. I always go back and fourth about doing it to my car because the 3.0 has a lot of chrome accident peaces and I don't want to make them look out of place, like the chrome window trim for example.

Do you know if it is dropped? Or is that just the stock sport suspension? Also your exhaust tips stick out kinda far, but overall the car looks pretty sweet and I love seeing more Ming Blue's since I own one and it is a somewhat rare color.
