    Remove Spare tire wheel holder?

    Has anyone cut out the Spare tire wheel holder? What is in the inside (hollow space?)

    i'm pretty sure JetJockey did it....look up his threads....
    if i remember correctly, that holder part is all one unit with the recess for the tire....stamped steel or w/e. don't think theres anything under it except a hole.

    thats a huge bitch! i wouldn't do that unless you plan on adding a roll cage....pretty sure that peice acts as part of the cars strutural integrety.
