You are 100% incorrect. Eisenmann had nothing to do with the fake products being distributed by Eisenhaus in Chicago. Eisenhaus purchased the exhausts from Korea, badged them as Eisenmann and sold them under the "Meistershaff (sp.?)" name which were for BMW. They were actually nice exhaust systems but were not produced by Eisenmann thus where the issue came about.
I am friends with the owner of IND and WAS with the people at Eisenhaus. I know the entire story and I can tell you that if IND supplied the exhaust, then it is 100% Eisenmann.
Also, what constitutes a "fake" exhaust? If it's 100% SS and it looks good, it will work. Your car will not all of sudden blow up due to it being "fake." Claiming that Eisenmann is selling fakes of their own products makes little sense. They make a solid product and I think anyone with one of their systems would agree. The issue was purely with EisenHAUS, not EisenMANN.
