Hello out there. So to make a long story longer, I was running a power line for a sub I was hooking up. The easiest way for me was to run it through the ECU box in the engine out to the car. However, when drilling a small hole in th plastic 'box' I accidelty snagged some wires going to the ECU.

So I was ticked and then disconnected the battery while I fixed things by reattached them and soldered the connections. The car seems to run fine still, but I lost my window 'auto up' and 10mph auto lock features. Would this be something that probably just needs reprogrammed?
