Is A4's hood same as S4's hood?

no they are different, the placement of the wind shield sprayers are under on the s4 and over on the a4(year depending) i think up too 1999.5 then they are the same.

If your wondering about the hood release it is the same for A4's I just had to replace mine. The differences are on the outside.
