Was this Limp Mode???

Ok so it has been day 3 after getting my car back on the road.(did a TB and coolant fange job). I also installed a 004 BOV just for fun(also have a 007). Anyway today on the way to work the car felt like it was in limp mode. It would not boost past 5psi and was slow as hell. Ran like this all day until this evening when the car went back to normal and runs just fine. I did not get a CEL either.

So I was wondering If this might of been related to the BOV which I was told causes no problems (but lets not get into BOV vs. DV). The car has also had ruff idle at cold start up, like the BOV is open for a few seconds..?

Anyone with Ideas or experience.

Ive read people running the 004 with no problems whatsoever..

but yes what you described is limp mode..happens to me too, but then it goes away when I drive non-aggressive and i get my car back to normal... but for me I think my problem is software..
