Location of vehicle speed sensor wire and reverse signal wire

Hey,

Wondering where these two particular wires are located. I installed my AVIC D3, and it works fine, but I would still like to hook these wires up to provide all of this information to the unit. It will be much more accurate.

Are they located under the drivers side kick panel? If so, which harness, and which wire would help.

hmm...hang on. best buys username is c842bby and pword is 567 if i remember correctly haha. (havent worked there in awhile)

look on the back of your current radio. the pin marked "gala" is the speed wire. as far as a reverse wire, i didnt even bother when i installed my navi.

Reverse wire is only used to turn on the back up camera, if you do not have one then there is no need to hook it up. If you still need the VSS I have access to direct techs at work and will be able to look it up for you if needed.

I'm gonna try the blue and white wire by the driver's kick panel. This seems to be the VSS in every other audi model..
