Under usual circumstances... people get a handful of warnings before they get terminated, so generally speaking... if it gets THAT far, chances are they wont be 'unterminated'.

He had been receiving infractions for the same offense since March of 2007. After a couple infractions most people would get the hint that you can't post certain types of images in the forums.....

The guy's an adult. He knew what he was (repeatedly) doing was wrong, and that it would eventually lead to a permanent account ban. I'm sorry but I don't see why there's a need to even debate the topic.

That's just it.......there isn't a need for it.

I will never understand this whole concept where people think that we have some sort of petition policy for unbanning troublemakers.
