I got that once, in the winter. Apparently its an abs sensor that's malfunctioning, due to the salt on the roads? that's what my service adviser told me...

I got the ESP "warning" or what ever once it lasted a day and went away. Has anyone had the driver window that rolls half way back down when you try and roll it up.

yeah, that happened to me also, the service guy said something about the actuators going bad, you might want to get the dealer to look at that if it is still under warranty, because mine progressively got worse, to the point where i couldn't roll up the window anymore

Might also be the anti-pinch feature coming into play because of stiction in the window runners - check the window track and see if it is binding somewhere.

Im guessing it's a very hot day out when this happens. Back when I lived in CA it would do this to me only one point, after I get into my car when leaving work; otherwise known as the hottest part of the day. It has yet to do it to me once since moving to WA.

Is there anything you can do? Drive, it helps cool off the doors/windows. Why does this? Thermal expansion is my guess.
