Rattling/Vibration Issue

I'm having a vibration/rattling issue that starts around 3000rpm. I'm not throwing any codes, I checked the motor for anything dangling or and loose connections or fittings but it seems like the sound is coming from the motor itself. Any suggestions? I'm getting sick of this car.

not that I notice, I had my sister rev the car and the sound definitely come from the motor area. I know this is pretty vague.
