Thanks for your support. I will be more than happy to let people know about this situation. What I can tell you, and what I've found out from talking to a number of Audi owners here, and on Audiforums, is that Audi of America is very unresponsive to any problems which it can push off onto a dealer. If you have a complaint, they tell you that the dealer is an independant company, and that Audi cannot dictate to them how to run their business. I asked Audi customer service agents if Audi cared that a company that represents Audi and sells their products is dishonest, and treats customers unfairly, and they said the same thing, that they can't control a dealer.To me, that is BS. I had a problem with a Ford Explorer that I use as a work truck, and Ford got on the dealer's case right away, and made them resolve the problem that I had with service they did incorrectly. Why doesn't Audi do this?
