    B7 wheel/tire/spacer advice please...

I have spent hours searching this site only to come away more confused so please excuse another fittment thread. Ive also posted over in the tire and wheel section but thought I might get further over here...

I just got an 08 white/tan A4 and would like to replace the stock 17" wheels and tires with a set of 18". The car has the factory sport suspension and i would rather not go any further into coil overs etc... like the look of the MMR GT1 or Petrol Vengance and from what I gather it seems that 235/40/18's would be the recommended tires to use. If anyone has any experience and can advise the proper rim width, offset and spacers if required please share. I definately want to avoid rubbing issues but really appreciate how much better your cars look with a wider stance.

You might get a better response if you edit out the last couple sentences. Just my opinion.

With the Petrol Vengeance, you will not need to use a spacer to clear your front brakes. They have enough clearance. The wheel specs are a 18x8 ET32. The only thing you will need to use is a hub ring to make the wheel hub centric to your vehicle which we provide with every order for those wheels in addition to brand new lug bolts. Let me know if I can quote you on a price for a wheel & tire package.

Nice look. I would go with 19's as well but the car is actually for my daughter and I am afraid she might not care for the ride if it is a bit rougher than the factory sport.

How long have you had the MMR's ? How do you find the quality?

    Thanks for the reply

The MRR's are great. I like the fact that their black, which makes them look clean when their a bit dirty. Only complaint i have with them is their a bitch to clean but other than that their great. The paint holds up on them really great so i haven't noticed any flaking. I wish i could've gotten the RS4 Reps but the wait on them wasn't worth it to me so i picked these up. Total, i spent $1,400 with rims and tires.
