Thinking about getting new wheels for my car. Anyone want these? Preferably local.

There is a small amount of rash on one of the wheels which is barely noticeable. No bends that I'm aware of. Wheels aren't the cleanest they've ever been in the pics, but if I get interest I'll clean them up and take more pics.
