allroad optinal third row seat? any pictures what model years?

i did a search and saw that some all roads have an option third row seat, anyone know what years? also was there one for the avants?

It was also an option on the A6 Avant, I assume all years but I do not know for sure. I looked at a 2001 that had them when I was looking.

They had them in some of the '02 and/or '03 S6s. Not all of them, though.

You will need all the mounting and trim pieces if you don't have it.They are very limited on size of person using them

I think my 5 year old would barely have enough headroom in the third row seat.

I have an average sized 9 year old that loves the third row with a friend. Last time we used it was in feb/march. He loves waving to people we pass. I always wanted to give him an old steering wheel and let him spin it as we pass to see what people do when they see him. But alas, thought somebody might freak out and crash....my bad.

Does your car have air vents in the rear? My AR doesn't have the 3rd row seat option and there are no air vents in the trunk area. It gets hot and uncomfortable back there. I would imagine that if he was to add a seat to a car that didn't have it already, that that would be an issue. There are no existing seat belts back there either.

I am interested in aquiring the trunk floor and under padding that is required to complete my 3rd row seat conversion in my 03 allroad. I am very willing to swap out a standard floor for the different floor panel that the 3rd row needs.

Please let me know if there would be any chance to work this exchange idea . thanks alot.
