19" MRR HR3s with new tires

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Well, it's official. The wheels are for sale. It's practically brand new. I am just fed up with using spacers and spending more money to make the wheels fit correctly. Please see below for the wheel/tire specs and pics.

Wheels: MRR HR3 19x8 with 45et all around
    Tires: Nankang NS-II 215/35/19
Condition:Practically brand new. Small (very small) rock chips on both front.
Price: $1500.00 shipped in the U.S. The price is firm due to the time and "extra" money invested into making them fit.

Thanks for the compliment. That's exactly what I mean, I don't want to purchase another set of spacers. I was expecting to spend less than $2000 but it's going over that now because of unexpected problems.

Re: 19" MRR HR3s with new tires

I wish those tires weren't 215's. At $1300 shipped wouldn't you be better off just buying spacers? You could probably sell off the spacers you have and get the ones you want and not have to spend too much more. Or just leave them as is. They look dope.

Re: 19" MRR HR3s with new tires

Thanks. I was at NTB all day today. Test drove the car 3 times with the tech. The wheels were balanced total of 2 times today. No damage to the wheels and we confirmed it twice. I just can't get rid of the vibration. I used a torque wrench at 88lbs to tighten the wheels off the ground. I did everything ppl have told me to do but the vibration won't go away.

Anyways, the wheels were balanced twice and we confirmed that the wheels are running true. $1300 shipped with 8mm & 12mm spacers with extended bolts.

Re: 19" MRR HR3s with new tires

vibration is from one of the spacers (either 8 or 12's) not being hubcentric to the wheel. the 12mm H&R spacers have a taper design to the hub ring. if thats the one your running, your vibration is from that.

yeah and you'll know if its the taper design spacers causing the vibration because theres a ring somewhere in the middle of that taper design from where the wheel is touching... that shouldnt be there. hope that helps.

the wheels look sweet on the ride btw. i think you should keep em.

Re: 19" MRR HR3s with new tires

I have to use the non hub centrice due to the center bore of the wheels. I tried the hub-centric spacers but they didn't fit well. Thanks for the compliment.

C'mon people. 800+ views and no ones interested? Throw me some numbers and if it sounds reasonable enough it's yours. Brand new tires and like new wheels. For this price you can just use them as your winter wheels : p

I just used spacers. But the spacers that I have right now are no good. I ended up ordering brand new H&R spacers couple days ago and that stuff cost me 200+ including 10 45mm extended conical bolts.

Yes, the junk spacers come with the wheels for $1300. If you want the brand new no vibration, non-ghetto H&R spacers and extended bolts it will be $1550shipped.
