VMR Customer Service

Just wanted to share the great experience I recently had with VMR. I have had the nagging flaking Onyx wheel problem which they have now resolved. During my experience VMR (Chloe in particular) was extremely helpful and genuinely concerned with getting my issues resolved. They resolved the issue within 2 days, and I could be happier.

Not to sound like a badsport....but from what i have seen/read only expect those wheels to continue to flake.

Nonetheless big to VMR! (Now only if they made the V715's clear B5s4 brakes )

Hrmm, the customer service thing is good, but if alot/most of them are flaking, that's not. What did they do to help you out? Send a new one, replace it, or fix it??

They took care of it by sending me new wheels. Cant ask for much better customer service.

VMR customer service has been great for me. Will definitely do business with them in the future. I also had the Onyx flaking issue, but that was taken care of under warranty and replaced.

They have since been using a new process on their new Onyx. It's a little darker than the older Onyx, but it's suppose to be much better.

Yea, unfortunately we don't have a paint code for it nor any touch up spray cans. The best thing we could recommend is going to your local automotive parts store and looking for similar paint.
