just got rs4 blackout grille installed... paint foglight covers?

so i just my blackout rs4 grille installed. even better i got the dealer to do it for free since they had my damn car for a month... but anyway. the stock foglight covers are still the dark grey like the original grille. has anybody painted the foglight covers? i think painting them black would make a nice finishing touch for the front of the car. which looks great now!

i have exactly the same thing in my mind as i painted the plate fillar to in my rs4 grill
only mine is the normal mate trim

bought it from ecs tuning. i'll put some pics up later tonight so we can move the conversation on to how badly i need to do clear corners and painted black housings. haha.

i'd say paint the filler gloss black and the fog grills gloss black as well, or go matte and matte, either way match em!

i like how it looks at the mo - otherwise u may end up with something that looks like a jelly-moulded one piece front end.

just my opinion, but i quite like the mix of painted gloss parts & the matte finish charcoal plastic.

Alternatively, u could get a colour-matched filler plate

think i'm gonna try painting matte black on the foglight covers.... i suppose worst case i end up buying new stock ones.

That's not a BMW badge on your driver's side wheel is it? I'd start there
