I recently purchased a "bargain" Bentley CD manual on ebay for my B5 S4. It was a bit cheaper than others - $50. When I went to register the license, I got an error message that the licence was already registered! I contacted the seller and he called Bentley to transfer the license. Everything "seemed" to be working out - until I called again to register in my name on my computer. They took my information and said everything is taken care of - EXCEPT one small detail: A $45 TRANSFER FEE! I'm currently trying to get my money back through Paypal.
Lesson learned: Ensure that any Bentley CD manual you are purchasing has NEVER been licensed. I suggest asking the seller to provide you with the serial number and calling Bentley before buying.
