For continually violating the rules of the forum -- namely, posting innapropriate (ie - pornographic) pictures on threads and in people's profiles.

There is also a "Feedback and Suggestion" forum where this thread would have been better suited.

It doesn't matter what he did or didn't post in people's profiles. He was banned after numerous warnings and infractions for doing the same thing over and over again.

Actually I think that is precisely what matters, considering he was banned for something he posted. If he didn't post those things, he shouldn't have gotten banned.

I'm saying you are human... and I've moderated forums before... and I know how it is.

I know it would remove the ability to arbitrarily ban people while maintaining that it was for a reason... but you guys should add ban reasons to peoples profiles, or at least make the infractions public.

Nobody needs to learn lessons from someone else. Read the forum rules, and you'll know everything you need to know.

Furthermore, discussing reasons for having banned any member of the site is irrelevant to anyone besides us, and the person being banned so for that reason, and that reason alone, there will be no links to "prove" anything. Namely because said links and images have been removed from the forum anyway. Why would we leave images that violate forum rules up?

This thread is over... and being moved to feedback where it should have been posted in the first place.
