Tuned Back To Stock From Revo Stage I

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Hey guys just wanted to make sure this is normal, today i decided to tune back to stock using my SPS 1 switch. Car runs fine, but it feels like its got no power what so ever. I know i'm use to the higher boost with the software but damn, it feels really slow. I dont' have a boost guage yet so i can't tell what the boost is but no check engine light or anything. how can i check to see if everything is fine? How do i know if its in limp mode or not?

Get a boost gauge. Our cars really need one.

If i put it back to performance you can tell the difference, but i thought stock had more power from what i remember maybe i'm just used to the more boost from stage I??

Re: Tuned Back To Stock From Revo Stage I

easy to tell on tiptronic if it shifts like it should its normal :) if it gets all crazy and shifts like a spaz then its boosting hard :)

i have to say i really enjoy the drive-ability of "stock-like" with the apr chip. while the stage 1+ boost is nice the tiptronic experience sucks so bad its not funny.

whats funny is my dinan stage 2 steptronic exhibits flawless shifting with a significant power increase.
