Interior lights wont turn on.

ok so yesterday two really weird and random things happened to me:

1. NONE of my over head interior lights will turn on and also my glove box light. I tried turning on each reading light (front and back). I tried the "all on" switch. Nothing worked. It confusing me though because the switched still light up, but the lights they control will not turn on.
-I looked in the owners manual and also at the fuse diagram on the drivers side near the door and I could not find a fuse for the overhead interior lights. There was one for the door lights and the foot well lights (check both of those and they were good), but there is no fuse for the overhead lights.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP...ANY IDEAS????

2. I don't know if this is related to the interior light thing or not but now when I lock the car it will not make the "beep" noise anymore. Also when I hit the panic button it will not "beep" anymore. Only the lights flash.

ANY IDEAS ON THIS???

Sounds like your Convinence Control module on your floor under drivers sear has gone bad.. it controls both of these functions!.. are you sure your car hasnt been in alot of water lately?!
