    Clutch questions?

My car has 127k, original clutch. The clutch grabs really high, you only have to depress the clutch pedal about 1 - 2 inches to put it in gear. I don't know if that has anything to do with anything though. With the high miles, I do want to change the clutch. When i had my 02 Jetta 1.8t I was able to use a g60 single mass flywheel with a VR6 clutch. ECS sells this for the Jetta. I notice it is not offered under the clutch section for a Audi A4 1.8t. Can i not use the g60/vr6 combo? Or is anyone running this combo? Also, does anyone elses clutch grab as high as mine?

    Re: Clutch questions?

stock clutch is really high. Go get a southbend racing clutch. Go Stage 3 or higher depending on your plans.
