    Valet burns up my Clutch!!

As i went to receive my car from the valet (liberty hotel Boston Ma.) i see puffs of smoke and the awful smell of the damage the valet driver did to my car!! He said he wasnt comfortable with standard after the fact!!!What could he have done? Also i was promised that the insurance company would handle any damages, but im awating the call from them. Im curious if anyone has input on this situation and if i should be worried about them covering the damage. And there was damage i cant get passed 60mph, when i accelerate in any gear the RPM flys to redline and the car doesnt accelerate, i also had the clutch replaced 10,000 miles ago....

    Regards,
    lee

Tell them if their insurance company does not act quickly into replacing your clutch that you will have to take legal action which will scare them into taking quick action to avoid a law suit

The Hotel's valet service insurance shoulde have to cover it. Otherwise I could burn out my clutch and say a valet did it. I think you should talk to them about it. I know when I worked as a valet at a fundraiser, if someone wrecked a car or dinged it or something, the school payed for it.
