Plasti-Dip in Canada

Well I remember reading a thread where someone was searching for plasti-dip. Since I've recently started to look for it to black out my front emblem I've found where to get it. The plasti-dip reseller for Canada said HomeHardware are gauranteed to know what you're talking about, have it or able to order it. If you want to do emblems, and small items you would need the plasti-dip spray and you have to tell them what color you need. I just ordered a can it is around $16 the retailer said and I should have it by next week.

they have it on their shelves it's not that hard to find... red yellow blue black and clear.
i know FOR SURE the store in whitby has it in stock in every colour

OH ok, I know the thread I remember a couple guys were trying to do their front emblem and they were complaining they couldn't find it anywhere. So since I got the info I thought I'd put it out there for anyone that doesn't know.

I'm still waiting to get my can, can someone post pictures of the finish? I have no idea how it turns out, how durable is it? Did you do any kind of prep or you just sprayed it on? Has anyone tried it on any other items except the front emblem? I'm thinking of a couple other places since it would hold up so well to rock chips it should last even longer in the areas I'm thinking of.

what do you guys think about spraying the chrome around the windows

(I know you would have to tape off like the whole car but..)

you can pretty much do anything in this stuff i recently just did the engine covers turned out pretty good almost like stock looking. i'll try to post some pics of it later today
