    odd sound when downshifting

i replaced my stock clutch and flywheel with a spec stage 2 clutch and spec lwfw. i broke it in for the first 500 miles with mostly city driving. last week i went on a long drive and took a little detour to a fun road (decker canyon). i put my windows down and started off. i quickly noticed an odd sound when downshifting. it doesn't happen all the time and i forgot about it. but, yesterday, i noticed it again and now it's bothering me a bit. it seems to happen when the revs don't match during a downshift to 3rd or 2nd. at first, it sounded to me like a cable or something was rubbing. but, i can't really place my finger on it.

does anyone have any insight as to what might be causing this? is that normal?
