Hail Damage

While kicking back at the Twins/Yankees game a few weeks ago I recieved a call that my car was parked in a nasty hail storm. Top, hood, nearly every panel is dinged up.

Finally got her into the insurance co. for an estimate this evening - over $7500 in damage. I expected 3-5k but wow.

I obviously want to get it fixed at a quality shop, looking for referrals in the Minneapolis area. Quality at a reasonable price is even better.

I would like to recoup my $1k deductible and paint lowers too if possible.

I got hit in the same storm, $7100 in damage for me. Need a new hood, trunk both passenger doors, and pdr on the roof, roof rails both fenders and both quarter panels. Iam gonna be taking mine to collision center on hwy 394 right by that menards and taco bell in golden valley

did the body shop estimate come in close/same as the insurance estimate?

my insurance told me to go to a shop and then have the shop send them the estimate they dont do one themselves.
