opinions please! hopefully from someone that may actually have them or have seen them in person.. i used search and i saw some people actually recommended them

im looking to improve the color of my head lights so i was considering these...i dont want anything with any blue in it, i just really want a pure white light.. the temperature looks right, 4350k.

currently my RICE level is at ZERO, and i want to keep it that way, so i refuse to do anything to my car that may raise my levels...

does anyone know what temp level the stock halogens are??

Re: H7 MTECH... is this RICE??

i plan on buying the hoen for the deep yellow fogs.. but for the H7 lights they seem more expensive then these MTECH lights.. the temp is the same on both lights.. i guess i dont know what the difference is...

is hoen a painted light?? are they both just painted bulbs? i have a feeling they are both going to be exactly the same ya know

temps numbers are going to very because they are not an actual temp number. They company basis it off how dark or light they coat the halogen bulbs!

All of them are painted bulbs! if you want xenon's just spend the extra $200 and get them!

For headlight bulbs get the Osram Silverstars, not the Sylvania Silverstars.

I don't know about regular Silverstars, but the Ultras are 4000K. I don't see any yellow or blue in mine.

Xentec is a good brand and they have H7 and H11 HID kits for about 200 bucks each. If you pay 750 for a set of HID they are ripping you off if they don't give you both headlights capsules.

Im using Xentec H11 for my fog lights on the A4, and I had them on previous cars with no problems. Of course there are McCulloch for 400-450 bucks that are much "better" but for me there is no reason to spend the extra 200.

google xentec or go to amazon.com or better yet spend about 750 for the OEM projector headlights with ballast and bulb from LowestA4.

These are gonna look rice. I wouldn't get anything other than Silverstars if i was upgrading my bulbs and couldn't pony up for HIDs.
