FOR SATURDAY|gates open at 11

NORTH NJ FOLKS(and those coming from elswhere are welcomed): First stop is the montvale rest stop (see map below) it is the first/last rest stop on the garden state parkway. Be there no later than 7:50AM, we roll no later than 8AM



From here we head out to the best buy parking lot right outside the Garden state mall (see link for map below) Just to pickup a few stradlers who couldn't make it to the first stop. Be here at around 8:15 We Leave here no Later than 8:30

From the Best buy parking lot we get onto the garden state parkway headed south and get onto Route 80 going East towards the GWB. We then merge onto 95 South/NJ Turnpike and procede to the Alexander Hamilton Rest Stop to meet with the majority of the NYC Folks. When entering the Alexander Hamilton rest stop, stay to your right and straight ahead of your is the place to eat, make a right into the parking lot and follow it to the side of the building(furthest away from the gas station), this is where we are meeting up. Get here around or before 9AM We leave here at approx 9:10AM. for the latest, we HAVE TO BE AT JC PENNY BY 9:30 (see mentioned reference map)

NYC Folks: Meet up at the Jacob Javitz center. Be there no later than 8:20AM since they're rolling out at 8:30, scroll down for more details.

From here we meet the rest of the AZ Crowd down at

I was thinking at the Jacobs Javitz Center on 34th between 10th and 11th. Therefore the people from the outer boroughs dont have to backtrack and head back in.

That way the group could just jump right onto the Lincoln tunnel and head to the other spot to meet the Jersey guys.

Im still for meeting at the Javitz Center. It seems central enough for everyone (except the Staten Island people). I say Meet at about 8am-8:15am and roll out at 8:30 to give us ample time to drive across the crappy roads on the other side of the Lincoln tunnel to meet with the Jersey heads.

So let me get this straight... Once we meet at the Javitz Center, we will go to meet North Jersey People at Alexander Hamilton Rest Stop(via Lincoln Tunnel, i95 South), then we will all drive together to the JC Penny at East Brunswick. I hope someone from the Javitz Center knows how to get to the Hamilton Rest Stop... *Edit*: Looked at a map, so from the Javitz Center we will take the Lincoln Tunnel, then get on 95 south where the Hamilton Rest stop is. Still, someone at the Javitz Center should take charge so we all dont think that someone else did it, when nobody else really did.


As for the meet at the javitz center.......its a big place, so what part? Can we get a Street name/number/corners for that ?

Either way, I'll be at the Javitz Center for SATURDAY, I'm guessing based on the OP, around no later than 8:20. Just let me know what part of the Javitz Center to meet up at, maybe a specific street... Cant wait !

1) On 11th Avenue from 34th Street to 37th street west side of the street, Which means directly in front of the place.
or

2) North Side of 34th Street between 11th Avenue and West Side Highway.

Both areas have ample parking. I googled the directions and this is what I got.

1. Head northwest on W 34th St toward 12th Ave/RT-9A N/West Side Hwy 367 ft

2. Turn right at 12th Ave/RT-9A N/West Side Hwy 0.3 mi

3. Turn right at W 40th St (signs for Lincoln Tun/I-495 W/W 40 St) 0.2 mi

4. Merge onto Lincoln Tunnel/RT-495 W via the ramp to New Jersey
Continue to follow RT-495 W
Entering New Jersey 4.0 mi

5. Take the exit onto I-95 S/New Jersey Turnpike S toward Newark/I-78/I-280
Continue to follow I-95 S.

Ok, cool, I mean naturally any1 would go right in front but cops might make you move or something so we need a parking lot we dont have to pay $50 to wait in for 20 mins max while everyone else shows up. But anyway if choice 1 has ample parking for a few mins then lets do that since its easiest, if its ok with whoever is running the NYC meet.

As for parking. Why not just stand in front, where the custom rides stand at the auto show? If a copper or someone comes up, just be honest and tell them we will be out @ 8:30 sharp and that its just to get people together. Unless they are real dicks then they shouldnt whine and complain.

Then we head to JC and meet the rest there.

Those guys are more hardass than the city cops. We're probably better off in the streets and dealing with the cops, Which at 8am on a Saturday we should have no problems being there for 20 minutes or so.

Across the street from it is kinda buzy with a construction site, mechanics shop, and a parking lot. The west side of the street ( directly in front ) is a non stop curb from 34th street all the way to 38th street. I will try to be there first and on the corner of 34th and 11th.

Towards the crunch time date, I will PM my number to the ones who are coming so we know whats going on. I would like to leave at 8:20 sharp to get to the second point since slimmer just announced that the new time with the others will be 9:30.
