    KW V2 pogostick coils

aright so i installed a brand new set of KW V2 coils about a month ago. dialed in stance so its how i want it,etc. since i installed them, whenever i hit a bump, the whole car bounces like im driving a civic with modded stock springs! i thought they just needed to settle or whatever, but its gotten worse. if i hit a big bump my ABS and TC lights come on. Also, the rear drivers side coil makes a clunking noise. they were installed correctly and air tools were used, all bolts were torqued to spec and retorqued once they settled.

anyone else have this problem? anyone know how to fix this?

I've had v1's for years and love them to death. No boune even at 22" ground to fender.

    Check your dampening.

    Re: KW V2 pogostick coils

I just posted a thread explaining the same situation with my eibach coilovers. Eibach told me it extremely rare for the coilovers to be faulty from the factory because of the testing they go through before they are put on the streets. My car would bounce like a mofo and one made a squeaking noise, but I just reinstalled with new control arms and raised it up about a .75" and they ride a ton better now. What you also need to do and make sure the upper control arms are positioned where they are going to be when the car is on the ground and then tighten the bolts on the control arms...just use a jack under the rotor. I'm still having ride height issues though...one of my coilovers is set about a inch lower but im achieving the same ride height as the other...no idea why.
