Wheel Refinishing on the Westside?

can anyone recommend a good wheel refinisher on the westside? perhaps a mobile wheel refinisher?

need to fix a 4" long curb rash that was caused by some douche almost running me off the road.

the guy's name is ethan.

he refinished 3 of my four lips: they came out nice.
