PIC Request: Blacked out Bi-Xenon housing reflector

I remember seeing this mod on a red S-line a few months back... Blacked out my Rings three days ago, thinking about blacking out the bottom chrome piece(not my car)... I have an Ibis white s-line with the gloss black front grille.. Opinions and pics are welcomed...

Thats pretty much it. I painted the complete headlight housing along with the inlets and the rings around the bi-xenon and drl's, I did not paint the corners because I like the how contrast goes along with my wheels n my rings in the front. I also have the chromium corner bulbs and I didnt know if it would look right if I went all blacked-out, and because it was my first time doing it I didnt want to affect my lighting at night (but after having it like this for a while I have been contemplating on blacking out the corners too)

Those are the Sylvania's bulbs in the corner, you can pick those up at any autozone. I originally had them but I gave them to my friend who has a Ocean Blue Pearl B7 and the contrast goes perfect. I therefore picked up the Chromium corner bulbs.

Thats what I am afraid off...Or is it with clips...?
After that, opening it I mean, I think its easy I am good at painting...
However taking off the bumper is another pain in the ass...When I got it off to change the mask with the black one, I sure got frustrated...

Any helps or full DIY mostly appreciated...

Ok, I think im going to do it this weekend.. as far as a DIY, use the clear corner mod DIY to separate the clam of the housing(oven), then the fixtures are held in by hex screws... When I did my clear corner mod Iations in the headlight housing black and your painted parts.. or is it pretty much matched up perfect.. If so what brand spray paint did you use..

Well...once you take apart the headlight covers fully disemble the housings from the headlight. After youy fully disassemble the headlight housings you need to prep the housings and the chrome if you planning on painting it like mine.

1. When you being to prep it begin by using painters tape, tape up all the parts that you dont want painted ie. the inside of all the reflective parts so you dont mess up the lighting.
2. sand down everything that is going to be painted/clean the area once done sanding.
3. Begin by spraying light even coats of primer over all the being painted. (about 2 coats)
4. Once everything is all primered up and its dry begin by spraying light even coats of paint that your using (about 2 coats/however much you need). (in this case black)
5. Once you finish/let the paint dry hit it with Clear coat (about 2~4 coats or however many u need/want)
6. When everything is done let it dry completely then reassemble the headlights and your finished all you have to do put everthing back together.

*DO NOT paint when its windy because the paint will bubble*
*primer/paint dries pretty quick depending on the temp. atleast 70 degrees n above, between 10-20 min. a coat.*
*if your gonna paint the chrome like mine, instead of sanding down everything hit it with Acrylic Laquer Thinner, makes the jobs soo much easier.*
