I'm a huge fan of the new TT, its just a beautiful car. This one, especially with that powerplant, will be a heck of a fun car to drive.

I wonder what else, if anything else, they would use that 2.3L turbo VR5 in.

308HP?..To be an RS I wish they could at least get it close to S4 specs. I'm not even asking for the RS4. Looks great and whoever buys one I will admire.

That's a old article with new picture's and the info is very dated.
The TT-R will have a new EA888 based (half a RS6 engine) inline 5 cylinder 2.5TFSI engine with sequential turbo layout.
The engine is already running bullitproof with 380 hp in that black car.
