Brake Bias

Hey,

I'm looking into getting a BBK for my B7 avant. I know its a heavy car and was wondering about brake bias. IF I wanted to go with 365mm and a 6 piston in the front would 343mm 4 piston in the back be correct
OR
would 355mm front with 4 piston and 343mm in the rear with 4 piston be a better balance?

Do you recommend changing the original hydraulic system also?
I know choosing a pad is also a factor.

How did you figure those numbers out? Did you find a brake company that offers those sizes? The reason I asked is because I don't know any company that offers a 343mm disc. Also, a 4-piston rear kit for the B7 is very rare because you'll lose the e-brake capability unless they offer separate e-brake calipers to go with the 4-piston calipers upgrade.
