hail storm just came through

any of you guys have any expereince with hail damage. It almost dark, the car is soaked still and i can already see at least 15 dents.

im going to call insurance tomorrow. just curious whats involved in fixing it.

We got nailed last week, a few of our work cars have well over 50 each. It'll be filed under comp insurance so no raise in rates. Adjuster will come out, value the damage, and we had a paintless dent guy come and spend a few days working on the cars.

did they come out alright? are they pretty good at finding all of them. Im worried that they will pay to have it fixed, then the next day ill spot the one they missed.

Im so anl about it, i had one door ding that drove me insane, now it looks like someone opened a door all over my car.

We had a hail storm hit Charleston, SC like 2-3 weeks ago. I cant believe I didnt receive any dings (I THINK I got one in my trunk...but I dont know if it was there before...)

It was so bad the gold-course behind my house was just covered in golf ball size ice...there were kids throwing them at each other, lol.

Would calling insurance jack up your rates?

Also, the way of getting the dings out will most likely be Paintless dent removal

I believe they put the car under black light to find each and every dent, and no it doesn't change rates since it's comp, our cars ranged from $1200 to $1800 worth of damage. My personal cars were lucky to not be hit at all.
