suspension piece?

after installing my suspension, am i still suppose to have this? i got it done at a shop and came back with this.

Did you get coilovers with adjustable seats/perches? If so, yes, that's supposed to be off the car. That's the seat for the springs in the back, which is in the way of the new seat/perch.

If you got just springs, you're going to want to take your car back right now, heh.
