Can Bluetooth be retrofitted on a Q7?

My Dad just bought a 2008 Q7 though it doesn't have the Bluetooth option. It has the voice activated buttons like the ones on my S4 but they serve no purpose. Can a module be installed like in the S4?

yes it can they sell it on ebay but its expensive

What if the car doesn't have MMI? Can a bluetooth module be installed and then the car VAG-ed to get it to work? The eBay listing shows that the bluetooth module is:
Bluetooth interface module P/N 4E0 862 335

Does anyone know if this is correct for an '08 non MMI car?

I'm actually wondering the same thing for my dad's car. The car is an 08 with the base MMI, which I think is what you have also. Do you have the smaller monochromatic screen instead of the full color one but still have the MMI knob in the center? How much was the bluetooth module?

Sure can. Q7 runs on the MOST fiber optic system. I have all the components for a plug and play install if you are interested.

I'm interested in doing this on a Q7 just purchased....2007 Premium. Again has all the buttons in place, but when push get "not installed"
