blew my stage 3 clutch slave cylinder

Has anyone ever heard of this happening or was it a fluke? Is there an upgrade I might want to get? I has some type of high performance clutch in there. I dont know if the slave was just not strong enough or was just not put back in correctly. Also, the brake fluid is like a blueish green. Does anyone know what that might be so that I can match it? I would appreciate any ideas. As you can tell I am a new stage 3 owner and am just learning the ins and outs.

As far as I know (happened on my last car a little while after a track day), they'll do that the odd time (might be wear, driving style, other factors etc) and the best idea is to just replace it with another OEM slave cylinder & new fluid.

    Good luck.

Thanyou for the offer jerbel. A friend of mine is an audi mechanic in mass and is bringing up a new slave cylinder next weekend to put in for me. He does not know what that fluid is though. It is some type of high performance stuff we think and dont want to mix it with some dot 4. If you have an idea of what it is I would greatly appreciate it.

Yeah the fluid is either ATE superblue, or was superblue flushed with something lighter if it's lighter greenish. I just flush my superblue with motul RBF600 and wasn't able to get it completely rid of the green because I didn't have enough fluid to flush it more.
