I know the springs do, but also the shocks? Are they able to fit on a b6 a4?

I couldn't tell you if they'll fit, but those are definitely front shocks. The rear shocks don't have spring perches on them.

Yes KW fronts(the purple rings and the KW on the springs)... you would need to read the part number off of them to cross referance them to see if they fit our cars...

^^^ I didn't notice that at first, so I take it B5's don't have the seperate rear spring perch like ours...

Those aren't rears, the B5 has a seperate spring and shock set-up like our B6s. The adjustment would not be on the shocks if it was for a B5 or B6.

your wrong, Ive done many B5s

Actually, those look like they dont belong to any Audi in general. The bottom looks like a B5 rear but the top looks like a front... Also, the adjustment perches look to high to be b5 rears

Re: What Kind of Coilovers Are We Looking At Here?

So no one really knows? Have I stumped my B6 brothers? The springs say "KW AUDI A4" on them, and the shocks dont have anything on them at all :(

He doesnt know exactly. Could be and could maybe not be? When I bought them they had told me that they are KW V1's FRONTS. I dont want to take apart my suspension to only find out they are not...

Yes, but that is most definately not for an Audi.

Re: What Kind of Coilovers Are We Looking At Here?

Yeah, they wouldn't give me a pic of the audi specific ones but SPP seemed to have the good stuff.. after looking at this pic they look to be KW V2 rears.. the fronts have the U bracket on the bottom... and the rears on the V2 eliminate the seperate perch and spring assembly on the lesser model co's...

Re: What Kind of Coilovers Are We Looking At Here?

You sir have enlightened me and at the same time have ruined my day. I thank thee.

I bought them from a store that was going out of business and they told me they were v1's for the fronts. God damnit.

    Thanks for the help guys.

Re: What Kind of Coilovers Are We Looking At Here?

I would still bring them to another shop just to be sure or hit up SPP with an email and a pic to varify, and maybe you can get the fronts to match...
