tire/wheel question

hey, i tryed searching didnt get enough info

i got the avus s4 b6 wheels ordered 18x8 not sure about offset 45 i think

i have a A4 04TQ tip is it just plug and play no spacers or anythign special??

not sure how wide to go with tires? 235/40/18?? or 245/40

the car is going to be lowered with koni fsd/eibach i believe thats close to stock sport suspension height,

235-40/18 and you don't need spacers, however, the offset is very conservative, so it would look better with spacers, but you don't "need" them.
